I have never had a doctor personally call me to see what was wrong when I called and couldn't keep an appt due to my anxiety attacks I have when I leave home. He called and asked what's wrong and was very kind. My first visit, he was direct in his diagnosis of my medical condition, and was incredulous that I had not been tested sooner. He is wonderful and makes his patients feel cared about. The staff is top of the line, friendly and caring.

Dr. Maiello is a wonderful physician. He takes his time and never rushes. He asks questions and actually listens to the answers. He does call backs himself, not some nurse that has never met me. He is genuinely concerned and cares about health. His staff is wonderful and always smiling. He does not have "change over" of staff that other doctors have. Dr M and his staff are excellent. And -I enjoy his humor.

Dr. Maiello is a no nonsense doctor with a wry sense of humor. He is thorough and complete with his examination. He is intersted it taking care of the whole person, not just the part that hurts. He is inciteful and genuine.His beside manner is a bit on the dry side and his humor is quick. But it is encased with the idea of a person getting well again. He has done wonders for me.
