Dr. Mason was very nice and a fantastic job trying to make me feel comfortable before giving an injection and explaining everything very clearly even drawing a diagram to help me understand.

I love Dr. Mason, he listens to my concerns. Asks questions. Lets me know all my options and lets me decide what I want to do. I have been a patient since 2020 when I broke my wrist. He is very kind and patient.

This visit was very pleasant all questions was answered, staff beautiful attitude. Dr. Mason was attentive and very much concerned and is prepared to do what is needed to solve my situation.

My visits with Dr. Mason was not what I expected and his PA was no better it’s like he is listening but not listening he acts as if I’m faking my injury and says one thing and then turns around and says something completely different and then says I have done everything that I could have done but will refer you to somebody else he asks me to show him where the pain is at show him and he sees the swelling and popping noises in my thumb and then proceeds to say I don’t know what else to do it has been such and such months since your work injury it should have improved by now it’s like he care but he doesn’t care always late coming in to check on the patient

Timely but dismissive. He routinely interrupted me. I didn't get to finish a single sentence before getting cut off. He gave me zero treatment options except over the counter pain meds and never once obtained permission before he grabbed my arm. I'm sure he's a perfectly competent doctor, but his bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired.

Dr Mason is knowledgeable, straightforward, articulate, and listens well. I’ve seen Mason now for two separate medical issues and wouldn’t hesitate to see him again if necessary. Highly recommend Dr. Mason.
