Dr. Robert Miles Moldwin, MD

listened carefully, thought "outside the box", sent me to someone else who could also help. I owe him so much.

I have been to him several times and all he offers is excuses to the point where you feel nothing can be done and eventually look elsewhere. I can't stand neither his secretary Donna who is completely rude and his nurse Marina who thinks she is a doctor and is the most obnoxious and annoying person you will ever come across. He is the director of pelvic pain at LIJ but he really couldn't care less how you feel and if you don't believe me then how does it sound when you went through three months of physical therapy that didn't work and his response is well "I guess all we can do is send you to physical therapy again". Unless you want to get stuck in a maze where you feel like a rat chasing your tail then stay away from LIJ urology and Northwell Health Urology at all costs as I have seen three of their doctors and am still looking for answers. Honestly, I think their only concern is to have you as a repeat customer and by his indifferent response to me there is no moving forward with him… or any of them there, only disappointment after disappointment along with their nonchalant and careless attitude that will leave you feeling hopeless and helpless. I have been battling my condition for over two and a half going on three years now but I am at the point where only surgery will help me and I finally found a doctor who will do it for me. It's out of pocket but sometimes you have to pay to get the attention and quality you deserve from what really is a broken healthcare system where you basically get shuffled from one doctor to another and surely they label you as a problem patient meanwhile they are incompetent.

After years of going to many doctors, I finally found Dr. Moldwin who was able to diagnose my problem and treat me. My life is immeasurable better because of him.

I am not a person who normally writes review, but my experience with this Dr. Moldwin was the single worst appointment of my life. We waited for 90 minutes (but I can let that go), checked his watch 15 times (I can forgive). What I cannot forgive is the COMPLETE lack of compassion or care that he exhibited. His ego could barely fit into the room. This was incredibly frustrating he came highly recommended. Avoid at all costs. Zero bedside manner.

Bad human. Doesn't care about your pain and only cares about being right. Wow, what an ego! Closed minded and rude. His secretary is a liar and a firestarter. Go find someone else. Believe me...there's way better out there.

I suffer from I.S.. I researched and found Dr. Moldwin on line. ..I waited about a month and a half to get in to see him. Well worth the wait. I also traveled hundreds of miles to be seen. He restored my hope and faith in doctors. I cannot say enough good about him. Finally someone cares and is helping me. I am so thankful I went. I would advise anyone not to hesitate to be seen by this incredible doctor. I found his staff to be very kind and caring.

I have been seeing dr. Moldwin for years and have not found any treatment helpful. His secretary Donna is the absolute worst.

Dr Moldwin told me to follow up in two or three weeks fit treatment each time I saw him, and when I reached his appointment desk after each appointment I was told there were no appointments available for three months, despite my pain and need for treatment The schedule is overcrowded and Dr Moldwin pretends to be available, providing no alternate staff
