My family and I have never had a bad experience at this office. Dr Stephenson has been our new family doctor for the past 10 months & we love that entire office. He is a great and comfortable doctor to be around & the staff is awesome. They make us feel like family. I would recommend trying this office for your family doctor. Reading some of the previous reviews is a little hard to believe that some people had such a bad experience. But I guess any doctor and staff can have a bad review some time or another. Personally, our family feels lucky to have found such a comfortable and trusting office to take care of our medical needs. The staff is full of family members-Rachel the nurse and Tressa her sister are so incredibly caring and personable. Then nicole and her Mother in law Jan who is the office manager and always makes us laugh. Having such close staff definitely make this office work with the flow of love. Dr is the most normal guy and easy to share my issues with. I suggest trying… him as your doctor, and experiencing your visit with a personal opinion. I am glad We did.

No help from doctor or his staff when dealing with insurance company. Claims too busy to talk to them.

For the past year and half or so, the staff and office have been completely transformed. I have always been happy with Dr. Stephenson, though the in the past, the previous employees made it a little uncomfortable. The employees were all replaced, they are now personable, fun, caring and make you feel at home. The office has improved, the doctor is smart, easy to talk to, and involved. Would recommend him and his staff to everyone I know!

Worst Doc & Nurse Ever!!!!Do your family and yourself a favor, and never step foot near this place. The nurse will act like she loves you and then never refill your prescription. The doctor and the nurse are very fake. Stay Away!!!!!

Not interested in problem if it's not a quick diagnosis. Sloppy prescription writing--numerous problems getting prescriptions filled of lab work done in same building.

Dr. Stephenson seemes like a good doctor. A little skeptical at times but knowledgable.I recently left Dr. Stephenson mainly becuase of his staff, put partially because of his reaction to my feedback about his staff. I had major problems, multiple times, trying to get a recurring perscription filled. (same perscription I have been receiving for 20+ years.)* On several occasions my perscription was faxed to the wrong Pharmacy. * I was never notified by his staff when perscription submittals were a problem (they knew several times there was a problem) and they never offered assistance in resolving these issues. It always came down to me making multiple phone calls to the pharmacy and Dr. Stephenson's office trying to figure out where things went wrong.* They could not properly get a perscription to my mail-order pharmacy (insurance mandated) to save their lives. When problems arose in this area they appeared to give up and never notified me. I often found out about the problems… when my perscription would not show up after a period of time. * Talking to his staff about this was always answered with excuses, with no suggestion on how to get the thing filled and no help to resolve. I gave them the number of the people at the pharmacy who could talk the same medical paperwork language as them, but they never called the pharmacy to resolve.* Several times his staff said they would look into the matter, but when I called back they had not followed up as promised and gave me excuses.When I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Stephenson to discuss my dis-satisfaction with the his staff and the process, he only gave excuses for his staff with not one statement about trying to look into the matter or make it better (must have been only my problem, not his), so I told him I was going to look for a new Dr. He turned and left the room w/o a word, which I found quite unprofessional. I left his office that day with a perscription certificate to send to the mail order pharmacy. The perscription he had been giving me for the 2+ years I was his patiennt had the wrong dosage on it.
