Office a mess and it looks like a botánica not a Dr. 0ffice

I have been to this office a few times and each time I am disappointed. The doctor is lazy and does not seem to really care. Each time I had an appointment I had to wait at least 4-5 hours. I have seen Spanish patients walk in after me, sign in and walk directly into the back to be seen. I don't like to pull the race/ethnicity card, however, this office seem to treat the Spanish patients with priority. When I asked the receptionist about the patient going in before me, she agreed that it was not right. Once I expressed to them that I will not be coming back, that is when they tried to have someone speak to me to rectify the situation. However, it was too late. I will not be going back to this horrible office.

I was with another PCM in Homestead, and was repeatedly delayed with scheduled appointments, so I looked for a new provider. Dr B's office had reasonable reviews and accepted BCBS so I scheduled my first apt. did all the normal in processing and the front office tech was great and assisted me with everything. Just recently though my experiences have changed-- If you do not speak Spanish, you should go elsewhere! I left after my vitals and was dispatched to the waiting room for too much time. Told the staff I was out and not coming back! they sent a guy out after Id gotten to my truck who only spoke Spanish-- I told him no thanks, and left...

I have not been to his office due to my move which is far from his office but in the ten plus years that I went to him Incan tell you that he has been one of the best doctors Of the many I have seen being a chronic ill person. He is always on target with diagnosis and up date with treatment methods. His office has taken a beaten over the years because of healthcare changes and his reluctance to take away services from his patients. He has always gone over and beyond the call of duty for people and never has refused treatment to anyone. If you need anything he listens and will give the best advise. Be prepared when you visit and bring all your records and information with you to avoid any questions that may be lingering. communica is key and very important. Be a proactive patient and ask questions, he will always give you the best advise.

the worst ever! the nastiest and laziest staff of unprofessional non-English speaking people. His license should be revoked! I wouldn't recommend him to take care of gold fish!

Dr. Bermudez exhibits the worst bedside manner and lack of poor professionalism ever. His staff also follows his same model of lack of respect for his patients. If you schedule and appointment, expect to wait an hour to an hour in half before being seen by this poor excuse of a doctor. If your looking for a good doctor consider doing some research and stay away from Dr. Bermudez.

This doc saw me for iver 2 yrs for sev issues.. Never warned me before refill dated he no longer would treat me with my meds... I sm in psin and withdrawl and he refered me to pain management clinic .. Have to wait a week while in pain chase down records and cat scan and mri test results.... He didnt even slowly wean me off...?horrible!!! Scared in pain and alone!!!

Dr. Bermudez is very knowledgable and very caring. He will listen to your symptoms and do what needs to be done. He has sympathy for his patients and has always been right on the money for treatment. His staff is friendly and accomodating every time.

Initially getting the appointment was extremely easy. I waited in the lobby for 2hours and 15minutes, before taken to the back. (During this time there was a non-employee in the receptionist area, coming in and out, while patient information is out in plain site) After the nurse (extremely polite and friendly) draws my blood and urine samples, I see the doctor. He then diagnoses me from his desk without even getting up from his chair and gives a prescription of Prednisone 20MG, Cyclobenzaprine 10MG, and Meloxicam 15MG and sent me on my way. I took the medicine for a day, pretty much received most of the side effect of the medicine and quit taking the medicine and made an appointment with a different doctor. I was diagnosed with beginning stages of carpal tunnel. I would absolutely not recommend this doctor.
