horrible staff

Dr. Bragg is very nice and seems to care but is slow as molasses! Average wait time is at least 1.5 hrs even with an appointment. She diagnoses the problem but does not conduct proper follow up.. I has cycsts and was told to just take motrin after not electing surgery. I found alt. means of self medication on the internet myself. Her staff is horrible... rude, slow, and unprofessional. I have since changed my OBGYN!

The wait time from when I walked into the office was 2 hours and the woman at the front desk was rude but the rest of the staff was caring and so is the Doctor

A very loving and caring person. She made me feel very comfortable to be in her presence as if we had known each other for years. Highly recommend her.

She is a caring and religious doctor who really knows her stuff. Always answers all my question without making me feel like I'm taking up to much time - because she does have other patients waiting. I transferred to her because other doctors couldn't find what was wrong with me,and made me feel like they were not listening to me. She found the problem n fixed it. She and her staff are wonderful and try hard. Can't please everyone but I see she tries. Those who complain need to realize that their health is more important than watching a clock. Fast doesn't mean good. Also patients need to treat office staff with the same kindness they demand. The patients not always right.
