when I went there I have a very serious condition he sent me for infusions but he also told me he could not read my MRI that was done at sunview... Which I thought was very strange he wanted me to have another one there at mountain view...and I never heard a word back from him after that..... The staff is wonderful but he is a very confused doctor.... It sounded like you didn't really care about me at all

He is the biggest joke, unprofessional and extremely rude, he truly needs to pay more attention to his charts on the patient he is seeing.

Dr Rocco Franco, I have to say is a very difficult man to understand, his visits are all over the place, never concentrating on one diagnosis at a time, way to much medical terminology for and average patient, and never breaking it all down so the patient understands fully what the issues are. I left my recent appointment even after trying to keep him longer for questions even more confused then my initial visit. Then he seems to be very forgetful. Meaning he does not seem to review the patient records before he goes in to speak with you, there for he is lost and asking repetetive questions over and over. Changing his diagnosis on the drop of a hat without fully listening to what is and ISN'T going on. Then adding a symptom that I Never said I had making his diagnosis more inaccurate. So there for I will only recomend his service for your last choice, if anything the testing/imaging he orders gets the ball rolling for a more professional and more accurate neurologist..

I have been in the medical profession for many years. Recently began having grand mal seizures. After finding Dr. Franco I feel completely at ease knowing I have finally found the right doc for me. He is extremely knowledgeable and competent. The office staff beyond friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate recommending this wonderful neurologist!

During my diagnostic referral visit to Dr. Franco’s office, I found Dr. Franco to be very knowledgeable with a pleasant personality. He treated me respectfully and freely gave me the time needed to answer my questions – and in terms I understood -- about the imbalance issue I am dealing with. Office areas were clean and well maintained. His staff and associates were extremely friendly and helpful in showing me how to arrange the outside testing Dr. Franco ordered. The staff also explained what I could expect during some of the tests. There’s nothing I would change that could have made my visit easier.

I am seeing this doctor for my spinal problem and he tells me I need a psychiatrist because how many times I've switched medications and the side affects I have been having from them. He has recommended more medication that I told him I refuse to take but still offers them. He also is a slob and could use better bedside manner with his patients. This is the most unprofessional doctor i have worked with in the fours years that i have dealt with my spinal problem.

This doctor is very rude to both the patient and those who come with the patient. He adds all these nonsensemble examples to his speech that do not need to be shared and drags on what he is trying to tell the patient. He neglects that the patient is in the room with him and just asks the questions to the person(s) who came with the patient the patient is there to see him and he does not acknowledge them accordingly. The wait for a doctor is typically long but waiting almost 2 hours is ridiculous. Then we have to wait another 30 minutes before he even comes into the room to talk with us. He seems to not know why we were there and this shows me he doesn't look over his patients paperwork before hand or even why he is seeing them that day. Lastly I would like to add that he was falling asleep while talking with me and the patient in the room. That is unprofessional and quite rude of a doctor in my opinion. Now I understand this may not be everyone's experience but I do not think I would… want to send a family or a recommend him to anyone if he is falling asleep whilst trying to communicate very important information to people.

I saw Dr. Franco for possible complications with epilepsy . He very appropriately referred me for additional testing. However he ended the referral with two diogoses I had never received about his take on my mental health. He is o Boar Certified. My mental health and the basis of his diagnoses were never discussed with me. They will continue to follow me in my files which I think is a disservice and is contradictory to the terms “do no harm “

He is a slob that keeps his office dirty and he is very disrespectful. I had multiple seizures that my wife saw me have and he said that my wife is lying because she doesn't practice medicine I would not refer anyone to him.
