I have been going to Dr. Kaldawy at both his Milford & Franklin offices for over 10 years. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about not just vision, but the health of your eyes. He has worked with me over this time to improve my overall health in order to keep my eyes as healthy as possible. He did cataract surgery on both eyes a couple of years ago that brought back clarity to my vision that was all but gone. His staff are all excellent from the front desk to the technicians, billing and scheduling, but I want to shout out to the 2 people I saw at my most recent appointment, Al Maria who my technician - SUBERB! and Sarah who takes the eye scans - ALWAYS pleasant, efficient and AWESOME! Thank you Dr. Kaldawy and all your staff for helping me SEE the beauty of each day!

Despite an average than normal wait time to see this surgeon, you will be happy that you did wait. Experienced and knowledgeable, Dr Kaldawy will put you at ease and give you his full attention. I feel confident and happy in his care.

I recently had my cataracts in both eyes done by Dr. Kaldawy. Both him and his staff treat you with respect and give you the attention that you need. They are very thorough and Dr. Kaldawy is tops in his field. It bothers some people that the wait times for appts is around 2 hours., it just goes to show you how good he is, and how many patients he has. I would rather wait 2 hours than have someone who is not as good do surgery on my eyes. He and his staff get an Aplus from me.

He is one of the best in his field. My husband had surgery with Dr. Kaldawy last summer. Dr. Kaldawy & his staff were excellent in every way possible. Now, this summer, we are so appreciative when he was willing to rearrange scheduling in order for my husband to have a procedure needed when there is scheduling constraints beyond our control. A wonderful doctor in all ways & a wonderful staff in all ways as well.

I called the office at 430 because i had eye pain having stuck my contact in my eye. I was told can be seen but I have to come in soon as office about to close. I was stuck in traffic and got there at 530. The secretary and Doctor Kaldawy were still waiting for me...empty office...everyone else had left. The secretary told me the Doctor waited for me because i was in pain...What a gentleman! I cannot be more thankful and appreciative

His extraordinary skill, patience and ability to explain the complexities of this surgery in easily understandable ways was very consoling. I had an excellent experience at the hands of a surgeon with superior skills. I now have 20/20 vision in both eyes after having worn glasses since I was a child!

Multiple calls to his Milford office to schedule an exam. All calls was put on hold listening to recorded announcements. One call was promised a call-back which after two days never happened. Third attempt success, but receptionists need some training in phone etiquette. Final straw was calling 30 minutes B4 appointment asking for landmarks to locate Milford office (hint: "Across from the Dunkin Donuts in Big Lots Plaza" is not exactly accurate...) to find that appt was in Franklin, not Milford. Obviously i couldn't get there in time. After confirming address and date/time of new appt, the young woman finished with, "Are we done here?" Yep. i wont be bothering you guys any further.
