Doctor Surowitz is an awesome physician and a good caring person. His nurse Heather is the sweetest! All the nurses and assistants are nice. The front desk girls are always miserable and rude. It's as if they go out of their way to make everything difficult for you. It's too bad because I really don't think the doctor would approve of this behavior. I doubt I'll stay with this practice.

The nurses, PA and doc are great! The staff up front are rude. Wouldn't go back because of them but like the treatment/care so much I don't want to change.

Have been seeing Dr. Surowitz since we moved here 3 years ago. He was able to diagnosis my sinus problems as allergies. Not even my doc in Louisville (a VERY good doc) was able to do that. I have also found him to be compassionate and caring toward his patients. His NP, Andrea, is VERY good. My wife and I are both satisfied with the care we have received from Dr. Surowitz and his staff.

I have known, loved, and recommended this doctor for decades but have had to go elsewhere. The staff is extraordinarily rude, the billing department is inept and unethical, the wait times are no longer acceptable and we never get to see the doctor anymore. Recently they agreed they over-charged us $200 for an office visit (the insurance company and I BOTH paid them) but can't seem to process the refund that they acknowledge we are owed. They are closed on Fridays and we are almost always pushed off to a nurse practitioner or PA. It's a shame because he really is an amazing doctor.

Dr. Surowitz takes time with his patients to understand their issues and to explain his thoughts and analysis. The front office staff does seem to be inconvenienced by simple questions and has a bit of an attitude, but once you get to speak with the Dr. you are treated nicely and taken care of.

This place is the worst!! The front office staff, Melissa and another girl who had brunette hair, have the RUDEST attitude in person AND on the phone. When you ask them a simple question, they act like they are inconvenienced and are put off. They talk down to you and are not friendly at all. If they hate their job so much, why are they in a customer service position??? We had a 3:00 pm appointment and waited one hour for the nurse practitioner. My best advice is to go somewhere else, why give them your hard earned money to be treated like dirt!!! We were there about 1 year ago and the doctor isn't even serious, he tries to joke around and isn't even funny. What a dope. STAY AWAY from this dump.

Medical services are OK and I am comfortable with the medical providers here. Back-office staff can leave a bit to be desired and can be very rude. The billing here is the worst that I have EVER experienced (really). It has not been unusual for me to get a bill several months after the service was provided. When you request an explanation, I've had the experience of the staff either dismissing you, acting hostile, and sometimes refusing to provide back-up documentation for the claim. I requested a discussion with the principle over poor treatment by staff. They set up appointment, they broke it; leaving me to believe that they couldn't be bothered. This is not to say that ALL the staff is customer-hostile, but overall Im not sure whether the service is worth the back-end aggravation.
