My husband and I don’t know where to begin to express our heartfelt appreciation for all that Dr. Trifiletti has done for our daughter. Our family lived through the horrible nightmare of PANDAS/PANS for eight LONG years before finally receiving a diagnosis. Dr. Trifiletti is a brilliant and caring physician, and through his extensive examination of her symptoms, thorough testing and subsequent treatment, has given our daughter her life back. Any parent living through this same nightmare would be well advised to consult with Dr. Trifiletti. His office staff is extremely friendly, competent and accommodating. Most importantly, along with Dr. Trifiletti, they understand the difficulties their patients and families are experiencing with a PANDAS/PANS diagnosis. And.....the best part of every visit to Dr. T’s office is playing with the adorable resident Teacup Yorkie, Lucia, who is there to greet and calm down anxious patients! We thank God every day for helping us find Dr.… Trifiletti, and will be forever grateful.

I would like to start with my daughter has been a patient of Dr Trifiletti's for10 years and he SAVED our daughter from PANS. Dr T opened his office to us on a weekend knowing how desperate we were understanding the extent of the emergency he listened and helped. The pandas journey is a tough one we have had our ups and downs but finally years later we are proud to say she is cured from PANDAS and going to College, thank you Dr T. our family believes truly believe and know after all the physician we went to he was the only one who listened. Shame on whomever posted this nasty horrible review. I will tell you every member of his staff is very kind and professional I have spend countless hours in the office, emailing and never heard Mary speak of any parent or make such a horrible remark. I will tell you that she has helped us and many parents late at night and on the weekends doing what ever should could to help. The prior email is obviously from someone who is unhappy for some… reason and taking it on them. Before I close I would urge anyone who reads these to remember Dr T is a sole practitioner with a small staff it is not unusual that you need to go through the staff to get a message to him, it is not unusual to for a physician to be behind and if you are familiar with PANDAS the true physician that treat this don't take insurance due to the extended amount of time they spend with the patient. Thank you Dr T and Staff you are truly wonderful and don't ever change we love you!!

We met DrT more than 5 years ago. He with all of his amazing knowledge and huge heart has cured my son of P.A.N.D.A.S. It was a very long and exhausting journey. We almost lost hope a few times but with DrT and his staff on our team we pulled through every set back. Thank you to Mary Donna and especially Paul for everything you have done to keep us going strong! Honestly I don't know where we would be today without DrT. Thankful he diagnosed and treated our son when his pediatrician turned her back on us! Thank You for being you DrT xo

Our family sought out Dr. Trifiletti after 3 YEARS of misdiagnosis and mistreatment of our 7 year old PANS son. The day we arrived at the PANS PANDAS Institute we were greeted by the entire staff and made to feel at ease- they were so professional and friendly. The building is clean, comfortable and child friendly (the office even has a tiny, sweet “comfort” dog that is often there)! The moment we sat down with the Doctor we were impressed. Myself (a former oncology RN) and my husband (prior military and active police officer) were both blown away by Doctor T’s intellect, “bedside manner” and compassion for these kids. He took more time in our first visit, listening to our concerns and document our son’s detailed medical history, than any other doctor/specialist we had seen in the previous 3 years. He talked to us and not at us. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered every single question we had. He ordered extensive lab work and prescribed appropriate… medications in response that over the past 9 months. Each visit, each new flare, each new set of diagnostic lab testing/new medication trial, has helped us peel away each layer of the onion to find the roots of our son’s medical issues and bring him back to us. His staff is incredible. Mary, Paul and Donna are kind, wonderful, professional and trustworthy- they’ve been so helpful and loving to our family on our visits and with each telephone/email correspondence we’ve had with them. Dr. T and his staff went above and beyond to help our family when our son was in such horrible PANS crisis that we were thinking we may need to have him psych admitted. They acted quickly and urgently from the moment we said crisis. They took our son’s condition seriously as if it were their own child and arranged for near immediate medical attention and treatment offered to us. The medical attention, treatments and attention our son was given in such dire state is no doubt what saved him from psych admission. Our son has been brought back to us, he’s been given his childhood back…and it’s directly a result of Dr. Trifiletti and his staff. We are forever grateful.

We are very fortunate to have Dr.T as our sons Dr. He is a pioneer in his field! His clear scientific approach is well matched by a desire to heal the patient. He looks at all the patients symptoms and leaves no stone unturned. He is a gift for all our children. I found his office run by a compassionate and knowlegeable team. I would advise anyone seeking a Dr. in Pediatric Neurology specializing in AE/Pans/Pandas/ that their journey to wellness starts here.

I saw Dr. Trifiletti for my daughter with autism. To say he is an excellent doctor is an understatement. He is kind, sincere, and very knowledgeable. But what I love most about him is that he gives you hope! You leave there with hope in your heart....and that's all we want for our children. You can feel his passion to want to help children. He is the best, and we are lucky to have treating our children.

An asset to the pediatric community who unfortunately, don't tend to be served by physicians who are willing to dig deep and find 'cause'. Dr Trifiletti, is a pioneer.
