Dr. Roselyn Mateo Dinsay, MD

Unprofessional and very disorganized. I had a scheduled telehealth appointment, but the doctor never called me. I waited over 2 hours past my appointment time with no communication or updates from the office. For something as important as fertility care, It felt like a complete waste of time. What a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this provider if you are looking for reliable and professional care.

Don’t even know where to start, Dr. Dinsay does not even deserve one star. This office is completely disorganized, unprofessional, and has complete lack of patient care. I’ve had Kaiser my whole life until age 25, I’ve been previously diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis and have lost an ovary due to pcos. I have not checked up on this since my surgery years ago so I called Dr. Dinsay’s office wanting a check up & I let them know I don’t need a preliminary appointment to confirm if I indeed have it. I was informed that I had to first do a telephone appointment before I could actually be seen by the Dr. I thought it was pointless to have a telephone appointment being that I already have the diagnosis but was informed this had to be done first in order to be seen. I was told the cost would be my $15 copay, which was paid before the phone call. My phone call was supposed to be at 12:30, I waited an hour and Dr. Dinsay did not call me. I called her office and her office assistant… Lillian said maybe the Dr. Forgot to call me and she will tell her to call me. I spoke with dr. Dinsay for about two minutes, she asked me the same questions I had already answered on the paperwork they had me fill out days before the visit, she said she would order me bloodwork labs, an ultrasound and scheduled me an appointment to visit her and have a pap. At this point I was thinking okay, obviously she wants to have me complete the orders now that way she can discuss the results with me during our office visit so maybe the initial telephone appointment wasn’t a complete waste of time and $15. I was surprised to be told as an OBGYN that specializes in womens health and fertility, she does not complete ultrasounds. I was told to find a radiologist clinic to get this done so I did, which cost a few hundred out of pocket to no surprise. I then followed up with Lillian because I was never sent the “bloodwork” order, Lillian ran me in circles for days asking what bloodwork order…what kind of bloodwork do I need/want….after days of back and forth and me asking her to just ask Dr. Dinsay, she finally sent over an order however it was clear it was not from the Dr. It did not even address the things you would test for a PCOS patient. I scheduled the bloodwork at a Quest Diagnostic, who asked me for “test codes” from the Dr. So I could get the pricing. I called Lillian to ask her for the codes and she started stammering her words and being unclear, she told me I should just not go to the Quest appointment that was just 2 hours away. She spun a story to me that I should just wait to go get bloodwork until after I see Dr. Dinsay and tried making it sound like it was a better idea than going today, so I had to cancel my Quest appointment day of. Lillian sent me a fraudulent bloodwork order that did not come from Dr. Dinsay she made a temporary order and thought it would be fine to send to me then made me cancel the appointment. Do not go to this doctor. Under ANY circumstances. This was of the only GYN's available with my insurance last year while I was having a bad health issue. Do NOT go to Dr.Dinsay. She is extremely rough doing pap smears, yelled at me during my pap, as well as yelled at her staff twice when I was in her office. She caused me a lot of pain after my appointment. Physically and mentally. She needs to be shut down, she shouldn't be working in medicine. Extremely unprofessional and I feel bad for her staff, they are terrified of her.

All the bad reviews are true. I had the misfortune of seeing this doctor and she was angry, rude, bitter, and zero bedside manner. She was like a bull in a China store doing my pap, she couldn't perform the pelvic exam either, I was "finger banged" repeatedly. Then she referred me out for an ultrasound in replacement for her lack of skill. I left feeling confused, violated, assaulted, disgusted, and in pain from the procedures for the rest of the day. She caused moderate cramping and bleeding, along with triggering emotional pain after being in a vulnerable position.This woman needs to go back to med school and/or have her license revoked, cause she hates what she does, has no skills, assults the patient, and is terrible! If I could give negative stars I would. Unhappiness :(

Worst Dr ever i had the worst experience with this lady she asked a lot of unnecessary questions all i need her to do one thing when it came to me asking questions she didn't wanna answer . she was so rude and unprofessional she made me feel like i was doing something wrong i only gave one star cause i had to . but i dont recommend her

Wow!?! I just read the reviews (not the good ones) and they have mirrored my experience with this doctor. I got there 15 minutes early and spent another 45+ minutes waiting to see the doctor. I was told that I would receive a phone call regarding my results. I took that as they would give me the results over the phone. Nope. I got a phone call saying that I have to schedule an appointment to get my results in person. I couldn't receive them over the phone because of "HIPPA." It sounded sketchy so I decided to call my insurance company. They called the office and the insurance was told it was the doctors policy. Not 5 minutes later, I got a call from the doctors office asking for my email to send the results. Still haven't received them, but based on the previous reviews, doubt I'll believe what I read anyways.

Just about the worst experience in my life!! I had to sue this doctor for breach of contract. Total waste of time and money. I would not recommend her to Satan himself. Money hungry and uncaring. Stay away!!

I never got to see Dr. Dinsay. Someone else did my papsmear and annual check, without even telling me in advance or explaining why someone else was doing it. After I wanted my results from their office. Dr. Dinsay got on the phone with me and said there were anomalies,she couldn't go over this on the phone. I said I didn't want to drive an hour back to her office and wanted my results. She started yelling at me and being beyond RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I have NEVER experience this with a dr. She acted like a collections agent. I am extremely shocked with her behavior.

Horrible place no one knows what they are talking about

VThat staff is great very caring and compassionate never went to a Dr office were the staff was belittle so bad I seen the staff eyes watery red but managed to continued to work after the Doctor made me wait so long the staffing new my history more than the Dr. I've never seen a office go through so many people I had to leave and change doctors I know she knows who I am I left after an IUI was not successful. If Dr Dinsay wants to be successful learn more about your patients.
