I contracted Lyme Disease which should have been easily treated. He started my treatment 20 days later. I informed him that I still had symptoms after I had completed the antibiotic. He sent me for testing for Lupus and MS. This doctor is crazy. He will milk you with unnecessary test. He is dishonest. I promise this is a fair review. Do not trust him!

Dr. Sircar is a total idiot! Coming from a family with values this is very hard to say, but the truth has to be said! I couldn’t agree more with the most recent review! I am in the same boat as the woman below and almost had to be rushed to the hospital as well. This is so sad and pathetic. Get this scam artist out of the business!!

Dr. Sircar has taken an oath as a doctor to treat his patients. I trusted him with my life for over two years. If he could not treat me for some of my conditions than he should have had the decency to refer me to a specialist who could treat my conditions. He did not and would not do that! Why?? Because he wouldn’t benefit financially from it. He is only in the business of money. He will have you come in for labs every two to three months in his his office, in order for a refill approval. It’s ridiculous, labs, then doctor visit to discuss labs every few months. He could easily call you over the phone or have a nurse call to discuss labs, but no he wants to get paid for yet another office visit. He’s a complete scam artist. Here’s the shocker- my labs revealed a critical condition he could not treat over a month ago. Waited and waited for a referral to a specialist. Still haven’t gotten it. His office is not equipped to handle a simple referral or either he has no idea how to make it.… Because of his lack of care, I’m now in the hospital as we speak having the treatment I should have received or been referred to by Sircar over a few months ago. I’m shocked he continues to practice medicine.

He has done nothing for almost a year. No progress, no results. He says my father's foot could have diabetic nerve pain (which will go away apparently on its own in years or never), could have gout (which he failed to test for and failed to mention that there is a test for), could have cellulitis (which if untreated can require hospitalization), or could be Charcot foot (which if untreated could require amputation). He has done NOTHING to diagnose or treat ANY of these conditions. REVOKE HIM. Clearly, you're in clumsy and incompetent hands here; AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If you put your limbs or life in his hands, there is a good chance you'll end up with a painful limp or dead.

Dr. Sircar's billing procedures reflect an attitude of caring more about finances than health, by adding additional charges to the billing date. Furthermore, he runs excessive tests in order to increase the amount due.

Has been my primary physician for several years...very patience and takes sufficient time to explain diagnosis.

Best doctor I have ever been with.

He will spend long time with you and then charge a lot.

Sircar was the best PCP I've ever had. Best beside manner, knows how to LISTEN, and ask questions. Conservative in prescriptions - doesn't push a new pill on you ever time you go to the office. His nurse was terrific also. Unfortunately, in 2011 or 2012 (can't remember exactly) he had to make the tough decision to drop his Medicare patients because of all the regulations and low payments. And, I can't afford medical care "out of pocket". So, I've you got regular insurance -- I'd go to him in a heartbeat. You might just have to bite your tongue though with his receptionist. She's a real dragon. (Not sure if she's still there).

He covers every detail and patiently explains his position. He truely seems to care about your health and seems to love his job.
