Had no idea what he was talking about....preoccupied...

It's bad enough when you are told you need a biopsy, without rude office personnel being snippy on the phone. I actually replied, "I know you do this all day long, but this is my first Cancer rodeo and I have a few questions. So just bear with me here". What's worse is getting to the biopsy appointment, spending an hour and a half at the hospital and being sent home without the test because they didn't have the reports needed from this doctor AND the prescription he wrote for my biopsy didn't even specify right or left thyroid!! Rude and incompetent doesn't sound like an office I want dealing with my health...

Warn friendly personnel, front end and assistant. Dr himself was as clear, precise, warn and comfortable to talk to.

Dr. Sievert's office is beyond rude. They are not accomodating at all. Dr. Sievert does not listen and asks questions without listening to the answers. He just goes through the motions of the office visit. The only reason they have patients is because there is a lack of endocrinoligists in the area.

This office does not deserve any stars, but had to highlight at least one to post this!!! The women who answers the phone, Julie, has consecutively been extremely rude every time I have called to make an appointment!! Would not be an office where I would take my son, who is a type 1 diabetic. Its hard enough dealing with this terrible disease much less a B...H like her! Not only do they make you wait months in advance for an appointment, you are treated very poorly on the telephone .. Found another Dr. immediately who would see us the next day and a pleasant staff who truly cares !

Not much of a personality, but seems pretty good at what he does. He did motivate me to lose weight, thus avoiding getting on diabetic medicine. Good with follow-up. Office staff is efficient.
