Dr. Rukhsana G. Mirza, MD

I had an appointment for a consultation at 1:25 and went through all of the dilation and tests and they left me sitting there for 2 1/2 hours. When I left the assistant called me on the phone at 4:10 to tell me to come back. This office is very entitled and could care less about the individual person. Very Rude and Northwestern should console these doctors on manners and consideration.

I saw the best dr. in Texas and for the same services charged Medicare $350 of which I paid $50. Dr. Mirza did nothing until the end and charged $4,158 for giving the injection and $1,500 for injection medication not to mention all the other charges. We figured she could probably make a million in less than a month. It is no wonder people are crying for Medicare for All. I am not one but this kind of dr. may push people to want it. Unless she was trained by God no one deserves this kind of charges. I also needed fewer injections before and in my 2 visits she gave one each time. Greedy Drs. will cause their downfall. The one star is for the others. I am writing this because no one at Northwestern will talk to me. My next move a personal visit. Check your bill thoroughly and get medical costs down.

Medical skill wise she seemed to be a quality Doctor. But this woman has absolutely zero people. skills. God forbid you need anything clarified she'll treat you like you are the stupidest person. alive. She was very rude and condescending.

I've been a nurse for quite some time now and believe bedside manner goes a long way. I was disapointed and suprised by how rude and entitiled this physician was. Will definitely not be returning.

The staff at northwestern is great and have excellent patient care skills. However, the final staff person is the doctor who reviews the test results with you. Vision is a high concern for many people. Dr Mirza has so much knowledge as a trained doctor. However, in my two visits I have found that my questions were ignored or were treated as of no import. I could not get any information from my visit. One visit she turned her back to my face and just typed away. I asked her questions and she ignored me. The free vitamins do not make up for rudeness.
