Dr. Runjhun Misra, DO

I called online Doctor Service (DrSays) and they referred me to Dr Runjhun Misra. I showed her images of Tinea Versicolor on my back and she wrongly prescribed Terbinafine for ringworm. I was able to convince her that I did not have ringworm and I was able to convince her to switch to Diflucan. Two weeks later my back symptoms improved dramatically. I also had some toenail fungus that als improved dramatically but did not clear 100 percent. So I called Dr Misra to get more refill to cure toenail fungus. Again, even though I explained to her that Diflucan has been successful for my toenail she refused to give me refill and again prescribed Terbinafine. This is insane. Why switch from a better and safer medicine (Diflucan) to a medicine with worse side effects? Dr Misra insisted that Diflucan has never been used for toenai fungus while many reputable Internet sources say otherwise. I was very disappointed and called Dr.Says and they were able to overwrite her again. I strongly… recommend you avoid Dr. Misra. She must be getting financial gain from prescribing Terbinafine.
