A truly excellent therapist who values her clients. I have been seeing her for four years and she had helped me manage my anxiety and depression in a way that was life changing. I am so thankful to have found her.

My favorite therapist I’ve ever seen. So grateful for her support as I navigated life transitions in my mid 20s. I cannot recommend her enough.

Made an appointment two months away from when I called since it was the soonest available, then they never called the day before or day of to remind me... this is the second psychologist to do this to me. Not the best profession to be in if you can't remind patients when it's two months away... Now I have to probably wait a month or two for a different psychologist and I have serious medical conditions and depression. So thanks Dr Sahar for taking psychological conditions seriously.....
