I heard your voicemail a week after my father passed away and it was very upsetting to hear you say ‘let me know if I can do anything else.’ Because frankly you did NOT help when I personally reached out to you for help at the most critical time of his illness when our backs were against a wall and no one was listening to us about my father’s deteriorating condition. He was struggling to breathe and his attending was not responding. I understand you were not my father’s physician and could not treat him yourself. But at the least you could have let me speak to you at that time and could have helped me get in touch with his attending or something! We had reached out to you through the Ismaili community network in need of assistance and representation because there was a lack in his care thus far. So no there was nothing you could do for us the day after my father passed away in the ICU. And neither does it help for you to connect with me afterwards when you didn’t do so when we had… needed it. Your condolence and reaching out afterwards is meaningless and empty for us. This message would have stayed private. But apparently you blocked my number - probably the day I had reached out to you at the hospital the evening before my dad passed away. And then you left me a message the day after he passed away to ‘let you know if you can do anything ELSE for us’ - and how would I do that if you have me blocked?? Not that I would have reached out to you for anything again. Just empty words and gesture though. And this I needed to convey to you on behalf of my father and the rest of my family.

Great doctor listens explains would see him again

We got to know Dr Aly over the course of many months in the hospital this year. He is exceptional, respectful and knowledgeable. I recommend him highly. Rebecca, daughter of patient.

I used to dread going to the Dr, but at Dr. Aly's office you are treated so well. I enjoy going for my checkups! I get water or coffee and I LOVE those warm lavender scented wash cloths they bring for me to wipe my hands with! I have no complaints at all.

Dr. Aly and his staff have been with me through numerous hospital stays as well as outpatient. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend!
