It is so much easier to get information about medication renewal as well as her being prompt on sending our medicine needs to our Pharmacy.

Worst dr I have been to . You never see her just her pa.s . When you call her office you get a answering machine even in business hours so when you are sick you can not get an appointment, you get a message they will get in contact with you the following business day. I will be changing doctors she is horriable or should I say the way she runs her office is horriable I have never seen her

Called office to make appointment. The phone is not answered by a live person. Left a message , they called back at the end of the day. By this time we had went to the office to schedule an appointment with the doctor. Office staff cannot get the information correct. Scheduled us with a nurse practioner after we told them we needed a doctor to sign some paperwork concerning mother-in-law who has dementia. The forms were delivered to the office staff when the appointment was made. Had an appointment with NP Wells, who was fantastic! She went over the test results from ER and mother-in-laws general health and form. She said Doctor Goodman needed to sign so come back tomorrow at 11:30. Waited 2 hours the next day with a paid notary for doctor's signature then told to schedule an appointment because she hadn't examined her. (I tried to schedule an appointment with her from the beginning, I stated upfront that I needed a doctor's signature. I gave them the form for them to see. ) Scheduled… appointment time that was offered by the staff. The day of the appointment the office called and said we needed to reschedule for a 40 min slot. we did. The morning of the appoint the office called and wanted to know if we had talked to a lawyer then proceeded to give legal advice. We were acting according to the laws and have an attorney that is where the paperwork came from. I've never meet Dr Goodman. I've tried to schedule an appointment with her 3 times. I do not know who was making these decisions at the office. If it was one person, they are crazy or stupid. If it was 2 people, they need to learn communication skills. If it was the doctor I am glad I never met her, it's not the kind of doctor or office I need to deal with.

Dr. Goodman and the FNPs seem like they care. Since Goodman started her new practice (Sept. 2015) things have been a mess: I have had to fill out new patient information 3 times, test results cannot be found, rarely are calls returned, wait time has been approx. 2 hours, when calling you are put on hold or hung up on, the office staff is rude, unorganized, and unprofessional. The doctors maybe wonderful, but the disorganization reflects very badly on her.

Dr. Goodman is so very professional and intelligent as well as personable. She researches questions and U.S. Keen in preventative medicine

Dr. Goodman is very thorough and spends time answering all of my questions.
