By far the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor's office, and I never even got to see the doctors. Took over two weeks to have my medical records fully transferred even though my doctor sent the records within 24 hours of my request. My records sat on a fax machine in the Hoboken office for over a week before I called to see what the hold up was. Then it took another two weeks to get an appointment. I requested an appointment for a sonogram as I was 10 weeks pregnant, confirmed multiple times by my GYN and in my medical records. Called to confirm only to be told that it was an "interview" with the doctor to confirm pregnancy and a sonogram requires a separate appointment and they didn't any openings for a few weeks. If this is how the office staff treats a first time pregnant woman in her first trimester, I didn't even want to step foot into the office. Stay away from this place if you take your medical care seriously.
