Dr. Samira Afreen Khan, MD

Writing this for my father who was just seen. Dr. Khan was super friendly and walked us through my dad’s recent diagnosis. Went over treatment and the actual procedure was painless.

Dr. Khan was friendly, cordial and thorough.

I’ve had no problems visiting her. I have visited her almost 6 times now and I’ve had no problem. I’ve learned how to ask about my problem. She’s got a lot going on so she’s got different patients going on in her mind. I’ve always learned it’s good that you ask her about your concern and when I ask her, she answers the questions for me. Today she asked me if I wanted to start going to the Santa Ana office that is very close to me, but I told her no I want to come here cause I feel like I’m at home.

Great service

This visit was for my mother, and it felt rushed and lacked proper explanation. The doctor gave the diagnosis and stated that there was nothing they could do, and she would see her in 4-6 months. I understand that there might not be any treatment available, but the doctor needs to be more empathetic and professional. When I asked the front desk for the name of my mother’s diagnosis (I had asked the doctor to write it on a post-it note, but she didn’t), they kindly provided me with a copy of the doctor’s notes. However, I noticed that the doctor’s recommendation to the patient was completely different from what she had told us! This was unprofessional.

Needs better customers service.

So I live 54 miles from the doctor office and travel to my appointment just for Dr. Khan

I asked the questions and she filled me in of the concerns that I needed to know I love her professionalism. I will always like to go back to see her.

She's great spends time with patients answers questions which is very helpful!!
