Dr. Santo Primo Terranova

I love a doctor that actually LISTENS and addresses the issues you have. Dr. Terranova's aura is so calming and he is very patient. It is because of him I was able to control my debilitating migraines.

He doesn't know what he's doing. He has a friendly caring demeanor that just hides the fact that he doesn't know his stuff. He completely missed an obvious diagnosis, and his bungling led to his patient's death. Find someone else!

UNACCEPTABLE. As a healthcare provider I can understand being busy but ignoring your patient and providing a less than thorough examination is negligible. Not only was the neuro exam inadequate but his follow-up after my aunt's EMG was horrendous. After several phone calls regarding my aunt's increasing pain and requesting the results of her diagnostic studies, we still did not receive a call back from anyone in the office. We then left a message on their office service line, spoke with another neurologist in the practice who was less than helpful who only advised to go to the nearest ER, stating "if I speak with Dr. Terranova, I'll give him the message." I quickly got my aunt into see a wonderful neurologist at NYU and not only was she examined from head to toe, she was properly diagnosed, given a complete treatment plan including and further studies and educated.

Because he couldn't figure out what was wrong with me, he disappeared. Phone call after phone call brought nothing but silence. Finally, in desperate agony, I went to the emergency room but it was too late. I became a paraplegic thanks to his cowardice and incompetence. Stay away from this unskilled substandard fraud!

I found him kind and caring. He took the time to understand my husband's concerns and offered alternatives for treatment.
