If you are reading reviews of "Dr. SQ" to decide if he is the Neurosurgeon for you, please let me put your mind at ease. I was recently in your shoes and DR. SQ performed a procedure to repair a herniated disc in my back to relieve pressure on the nerve controlling the movement and feeling in my right leg. He and his staff have been excellent from start through follow up. The back and leg are responding great with very little discomfort. If a similar situation were to arise with me again, I would seek out DR. SQ. You know he is good and well respected when the Medical Professionals you work with post op sing praises.

Dr Karuppiah is a great doctor and surgeon. I trusted him from the moment I met him. He truly cares about his patients.

Dr Karuppiah is an excellent Dr. He intently listens and answers all your questions in a kind and simple manner. I am extremely pleased with my surgery. There was no pain directly after the operation and I healed nicely. My legs were going numb on me before the surgery, I could not walk longer then 8 minutes. After the surgery, I do not have any issue with my legs, I have been walking with no problem after my 6 week recuperation. Thank You, Dr K.

Very skilled neurosurgeon. No complication from unilateral MIS TLIF with Vivigen allograft (1 incision) to decompress nerve root from herniated disc & lumbar stenosis. Used the latest minimally invasive technique. My recovery going very well -- 1 day in hospital, no need for pain meds 1 week post-op, no more pain 2 weeks post-op.

I can't say enough about what a great doctor, Dr Karuppiah is. He did a 3 vertabrae fusion plus all the S stuff 6 screws and rods and 2 cages. I had a lot of scaring and arthritis and degenerative disc. I'm 3 months out and doing great no more leg pain. His office staff are the best in my 76 years of experience that I have seen, caring, courteous, compassionate, and best of all really knowledgeable. I would recommend Dr. Karuppiah to anyone and would go back to him if need be.
