Went in for surgery on the left side of my sinuses and only worked on the right. Never took care of the problem I went in for. Now I have to have surgery again, with a better ENT. No apology either.

Do Not take your child to this Dr. Uninterested in what you have to say. Horrible bedside manner.

Dr. Collins goes out of her way to take care of her patients! My whole family absolutely loves going to her.

She went above and beyond to work us into her schedule!

Dr. Collins was wonderful. She was on time and took excellent care of my daughter while she had her tonsills removed.

I think Dr. Collins is a very nice person, but we never see her during visits for our son. It's always a PA, and when I had further questions and the PA was unable to get a good look at our son's tubes, she did not even bother to come in and try herself, or even come into the room to answer our questions. And she was right there across the hall. definitely felt like we were not given the kind of basic care we were expecting.

If you want to see the doctor and not a pa, then this is not the doctor to see. 3months of care and never seen her!very poor care.By not caring for my injury in a timely manner I am now facing surgery! This woman is very dangerous! she should not be practicing in the south bend clinic. she is recommended when you are in the hospital..demand someone else!

I had an appointment with Dr. Collins. She didn't bother to show up. Wonderful. I was waiting for an hour.

I would never, ever recommend Dr. Collins to anyone. I have been seeing her for a year and have come to the realization that the South Bend Clinic and Dr. Collins are only prepared to deal with children with allergies. This place is a massive joke.

this doctor dont care what your problem is. she will tell you once and when you dont understand what the problem is she will move on to the next person, and if you are not done with her then the staff will tell you to bad because she was to busy
