Not only do you have to schedule months in advance but once you get in your appointment can be as short as 5 minutes. The doctors, I’ve been to a few, rush, making you feel like you don’t matter. I’ve been going to their office for acne for many years. I am currently seeing Dr. Race who I don’t think has ever once listened to me. She constantly is trying to put me on acutane which I have already been on twice. She won’t listen to me or discuss environmental factors or other choices it always comes back to acutane. I keep going there because they are close and I don’t know what my other options are but I leave every appointment feeling frustrated and like I’ve wasted my time. They ask me to schedule over three months in advance, which is difficult because I go to school out of state, then they rush my appointment and don’t let me talk. When I brought up how hard it is to get in their response was that I should just schedule farther in advance. This office has lost touch with their… ongoing patients.

I kept seeing various doctors in this group. Although they are all very nice I have issues with scheduling appointments and waiting without explanation or apology for delays. I get there early and ALWAYS wait way past my appointment time. The last time I waited 50 minutes. I've had it. There are a lot of doctors out there are just as friendly that do not double book. One of my appointments they wanted to schedule so far out that had I not make a big stink about it I would have been hospitalized for a skin infection. They just aren't worth it. Then I have a simple planter's wart and they treated that wrong, had complications from that, spent hundreds of dollars on that...I ended up going someplace else and problem solved. I made the mistake of thinking because they were listed as a provider for my insurance that I should go to them. Avoid this group. If you don't get sick of waiting you'll get sick from incorrect treatment.
