Dr. Kagan has a great bedside manner. He listened to and answered all my questions about menopause and my weight. He was respectful and helpful. He took time with me and made sure I left with all my information. His nurse was friendly and compassionate too. For anyone who is self conscious about their weight and maybe avoids appointments because of that, I recommend Dr. Kagan. He put me at ease and made me feel seen and not so embarrassed about my body. I saw him at the Plainfield location. Thanks for being the best Dr. Kagan!

I was very nervous going to see a male provider, but the doctor was amazing! He is now my favorite provider in the practice. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and addressed each of them.

Dr Kagan caught a serious medical problem another doctor missed that could have killed me. Dr Kagan cared about me and fixed me.

I would NEVER recommend Dr. Kagan. You know when a doctor says, “this may hurt?” Well you won’t get that from doctor Kagan. He legit handled me like I was a dead body that he was training on. I’m still shocked at how he talks about serious surgery with the lack of emotion that you would expect from a customer ordering a chicken sandwich from Chick-fi-A.
