This was my first visit to Dr. Koenig. It was a second opinion regarding my right knee replacement that was completed by another orthopedic surgeon. Still have quite a bit of pain and doctor Koenig recommended a CT scan. X-rays are not going to tell a true story, and I was very happy that he recommended the scan

Dr. Koenig did a total knee replacement for me and everything went great. Haven’t had any complications and I am going to have him do my other knee late. December. Highly recommend.

Scott did a total knee replacement on me on 12/23/2025. I look forward in having him do my other knee this fall. He’s a great surgeon!

Dr Koenig is terrific, he listened to me and he addressed every concern I had. He is compassionate about your concerns. He listens to what you are saying. I have finally found a dr I can trust and who genuinely cares about my health.

Dr Koenig is a wonderful doctor. He performs my right hip replacement and was understanding about my pain and issues I’ve been having for years. Thank you Dr Koenig for my hip replacement - still in recovery and doing PT with BROSC in Culpeper - which I highly recommend

Needed a hip replacement and Dr. Koenig did an awesome job. Everything went well, going back to work after 8 weeks.
