He was excellent. He is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. The procedure was completed exactly as described and the recovery was uneventful. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a ENT services.

the worst front office staff I've ever experienced in 65 years. Dr. Phillips wouldn't see me when I was 10 minutes late, even though 5 was waiting in line to check in. In the past I've waited for 2 hours to see him! Perhaps his Avon office is better....well they couldn't be worst than the Carmel Office staff. Just terrible.

I have eustatchian tube dysfunction and one day woke up completely deaf. I had no idea why. I made an appointment and was seen that day by Dr. Phillips. He did an in office procedure which consisted of making a small incision in my dear drum and draining out the fluid. My hearing was restored! Not only that, but his office staff is very kind and compassionate. He is quite simply, wonderful in skills and manner.

Dr. Phillips is wonderful. Would recommend.
