I am 64 and Dr. Sledge is the best Dr. I have ever had! His office staff very helpful, his PA, Ashley is fabulous and Dr. Sledge has the rare combination of knowledge, professionalism and personality that made my shoulder surgery success and the process smooth. Follow his advise and you will be back on you feet sooner than most. Dr. Sledge was my 3rd. opinion for rotator cuff surgery (100% tear) and I knew immediately that I was choosing him. Thank you Dr. Sledge and Ashley.

I’ve been to Dr. sledge’s office twice over the last few months and I’ve been very pleased with all aspects. My inia visit was with him and I felt like he took his time with me and answered all of my questions. My follow up visit today was with his PA and she’s equally as knowledgeable and thorough. I'd recommend him to anyone in my family, for sure!

I loved not having to wait to see the doctor. Appointment was easy to make. Staff was very friendly. I wanted a Doctor that only saw shoulder issues, and that is all he does. He will not push a surgery. If he thinks physical therapy, or steroid shots, will fix the problem, he will prescribe that. He and his PA, Ashley explained everything very clearly, and with care. He repaired a large torn rotator cuff on my left arm. With all I had read and heard, I was prepared for a painful recovery. As it turned out, the tear was larger than we thought, but the pain was minimal. I only had to take pain pills the first 2 days. I was in a sling that only immobilized my elbow at my waist so I could still use my forearm. I was able to use it just enough to keep the circulation going without irritating the joint and tendons. I haven't heard of any other doctors using that type. It healed in less than 5 mos, even though I was prepared to give it a year. About 8 mos later he repaired my rt… shoulder bone spur or impingement. I highly recommend Doctor Sledge and his PA Ashley. They are both awesome and I can't imagine a better team for a shoulder specialist.

Great Should Doctor. Dr. Sledge and his PA Ashley are a great team. I wish I had not waited so long to see him for my shoulder injury. He did not push surgery on me and patiently discussed options. I did have surgery and am almost 100% in less than 12 weeks.

I’d like to preface this by saying that I very rarely give reviews on anything. If I could give Dr. Sledge and his staff more that 5 stars, I would happily do so. From the time that I walked in the door until I left, everything was wonderful. The front office staff was on the ball and I literally waited no longer than 2 minutes for any portion of the exam and I was a brand new patient. Dr. Sledge’s bedside manner was professional and very knowledgeable, but he was also extremely personable and gave me every possible option for fixing my shoulder. Ashley was also amazing and walked me through every step of my procedure, as well as explained why/what she was doing. I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of this office. I hope that my shoulders continue to hold up, but if not I definitely won’t be going anywhere else but here.

Dr. Sledge is THE doctor to use for any type of shoulder problem. Dr. Sledge is the absolute best doctor, he’s very personable and friendly, spends his time with you and enjoys getting to know you. Dr. Sledge’s staff is friendly and helpful and the office is easy to locate and has free parking. I can’t say enough good things about him, if you’re having shoulder issues, he’s your man.

This was my second visit to Dr Sledge in 2 years. I have to say that he is very kind, considerate and understanding. He and his PA take the time to listen and understand what my particular situation. Both times he has been able to quickly diagnose and recommend treatment. I would definitely go back if I need to. Also, I'm a cash pay and they are very, very affordable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sledge for three years and he is by far the kindest, most caring and professional doctor! Ashley Book his PA is also an amazing person! I have been a patient of Dr. Sledge's for at least 3 years, during which time I have had injections in my left shoulder, as well as arthroscopic surgery. The injections did not hurt AT ALL and the surgery went perfectly. During office visits Dr. Sledge is - every time and without exception - punctual, courteous, pleasant and is an expert in his field, as is his P.A. Additionally, his staff is responsive, communicative and always a pleasure to deal with. They definitely go above and beyond every time. Every staff member I have dealt with has been amazing. Guys, these guys truly care about Dr. Sledge's patients. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because he and his staff deserve it! I highly recommend Dr. Sledge!
