Shana is excellent when it comes to Type 1 Diabetes and therapy. Please consider talking with Shana if you are struggling with T1D. We need more therapists like her!

Dr. Alexander is wonderful, kind, understanding, and easy to talk to. I really appreciate that she always gets back to me in a timely manner, provides a safe space, and has a great sense of humor.

As an athlete there are not many therapists who specialize in sports. Dr. Alexander has helped me significantly reduce my anxiety related to my sports performance and helped me feel more confident as an athlete.

I was referred to her through a friend a few months ago. Since starting to see Shana on a regular basis, I have completely turned around my outlook on life. She can be booked out, but I would highly recommend her to people I know.

Very good listener, however that’s all she did was listen. Never got any real feedback or useful advice and noticed her drifting off while I was speaking on a couple of occasions.
