Dr. Sheri Jill Friedman, MD

Dr. Friedman is a total pro and has a great bedside manner. I have read some of the other reviews and it sounds as though the people complaining might have issues of their own because I have found her friendly, prompt and knowledgeable and would recommend her to my own mother if she needed.

Sears cancel 2 appointments on us her staff is very poor, understaffed. Rude receptionist. The medical assistant won't return calls when you do call you kind of get an attitude like you're bothering them very frustrating.

I have uncontrolled grand mal seizures. Dr. Friedman is a kind person, but that doesn't make you a knowledgeable doctor. I don't understand how she is considered an epileptologist. Her nurse is so rude and doesn't seem to understand the seriousness of constant seizures. Nor the lives that are forever changed by this diagnosis. The available appointments is inexcusable. Every 6 months! Not to mention that her nurse opened the door during my last appointment and asked in an annoyed voice if she was almost done. Apparently a staff member was leaving and they were waiting for her so they could cut the cake. Eating cake is much more important than trying to help someone gain there life back. I guess I just miss the old days where you were treated like a person first and a patient 2nd.

My sister is her patient. I tried unsuccessfully to get her to see the Dr. right after having a stroke. (bleeding in the brain). They could not get her in for 3 weeks. Really? There needs to be extra appointments available for emergencies. 3 weeks is unacceptable! Your staff needs to be more understanding.

Worst doctor ever!!!! Has no decent caring manner with patients. Should be a researcher and have no contact with people at all!!

I had dr sheri friedman as my doctor for a few years for seizure problems. I stopped seeing her after my seizures went away which was attributed to me stopping alcohol abuse. I had also stopped taking medication. I just recently had a seizure after being sober for a year. At the ER i was told to see her again as soon as possible. When i contacted friedman i was told it would take 2 months to see her. I asked if she would put me back on seizure medication until i could see her and i was told to go back to the ER doctor (which i could not do) or go see my primary care physician (which i do not have). I am in constant fear of another seizure(the extra stress doesn't help) and my doctor will not help me for 2 months. Finally i wasn't told I couldn't drive. It is her responsibility to at least let me know this for the health and safety of the community. Watch out on the roads for the next 2 months people because i'm prone to seizures and my doctor doesn't help me.
