My husband died under this man's lack of medical care. Mr. Bhattarai, if you have questions about why I say this, then you may email me. I'm happy to go over and over again about why I feel this way. I'm also happy to discuss how you called my home and told our daughter about his passing, not me. I had to find out as my daughter lay on the floor screaming about the information you had just so carelessly given her. Your words still ring in her ears to this day. I heard her tell you, "this is his daughter". You should have paused at that moment for me to come to the phone. When I arrive at the hospital, you didn't even care enough to come out and talk to me face to face. You are a coward.

My elderly father was hospitalized at the hospital Dr. Bhattarai works. He cannot explain medical conditions well. He rushed out of the room when we were trying to ask questions regarding my father's condition. He refused to call the medical power of attorney to provide an update and instead gave the information to a person specifically designated as not a MPOA. He never provided any treatment solutions. This lack of communication and interest in care was scary and disconcerting.
