Dr. Shivani Batra, DO

This review is a warning to other patients, do some research before you let her stick a needle in your spine. She rushed through my appointments in less than 5 minutes. She never remembered anything, even when her notes were right in front of her. She does not respond to emails unless you call her office multiple times. I had an adverse reaction to a steroid injection she did and she was not at all helpful in my recovery from it. I would avoid her and her entire practice. They're clearly in it for the money, and have little concern for the patient experience.

Yesterday, May 3, Dr. Batra performed an injection to find relief from back & leg pain. Today, after just one day, there has been an 80% reduction in pain. My expectations were totally exceeded.

I understand Doctors run behind, but I waited for TWO FULL HOURS after my appointment time before I finally decided to leave. The office staff was not apologetic and gave me an attitude when I told them I had to leave after 2 hours of waiting. Everything about this appointment from scheduling to lack of information parking and the office procedures were horrific. I will not be rescheduling my appointment there.
