Today is 8/24/26. I just called your Fort Worth office to schedule a new-patient appointment and spoke with Michaela. I asked whether there was any availability next week before providing my personal information. She then hung up on me. I called back and asked her directly if she had intentionally hung up on me. She said, “Yes.” Unfortunately, that interaction tells me everything I need to know. I cannot work with a practice whose staff treats prospective patients this way. I expect basic courtesy and professionalism when making a simple appointment inquiry, and I was extremely disappointed by how this was handled.

Not the doctor for you if you work. Always a minimum of 45 minutes late, but she will cancel you if you arrive late. I have spent almost 3 hours there for a simple pressure check. Oh, and there is no phone or internet service unless you stand by a window.
