Dr. Sierra L Swing, PhD

Dr Swing's report has odd inconsistencies between he/she and her/him, when the patient was female. The patient had poor psychological ratings across the board in a full panel psych review, yet she spun the wording of results to sound very positive. She provided unprofessional theories about another party and claimed they were the ones needing a review. This was for safe placement of a child, between an extremely neglectful parent and an extremely responsible parent. Her paid for bias to being sympathetic towards a mother could have placed a baby in the hands of a person who is not fit to parent. She should have her license revoked and be barred from practicing psychology anywhere. She took evidence out of context, did not do collateral with any of the contacts she claims she did, evaluated people who were not part of the review with uncalled for blaming and "diagnosing," and brushed off serious negative scores that affect one's ability to parent. If you want to pay her $5,000 for a… skewed review to win a case, she's your woman, but beware, anyone with half a brain and will put the effort into reading the entire thing, can read the report and see the issues with it very clearly. The work this woman does is unethical and alarming.

Never go to dr. swing or their facility they shouldn't eve have their license for unfair practices being bias, discriminating they don't help patients at all.
