Helped me through a difficult time

I was very satisfied with my care and treatment here. Dr. Ahmad treated me for my herniated disc in my neck. I was getting really bad headaches and shooting pains in my left arm. I had neck surgery and noted a significant difference almost immediately.. My headaches are almost completely gone. My shooting pains from my neck into my arm are also much much better and continuing to improve. I have returned to work and am very happy with Dr. Ahmad’s care, compassion, and surgical expertise.

Great result after neck surgery. I had really bad neck pain and difficulty walking and no one could figure out my problem. Dr. Ahmad saw me one time and suspected spinal cord compression. An Mri confirmed his suspicion. He performed my single level decompression and cervical fusion surgery and I am very happy with the results.

Dr. Ahmad performed a revision lumbar fusion on my wife who had a previous lumbar fusion that didnt heal. He performed a novel approach where he fused the L5-S1 area from the the front, thereby avoiding cutting any back muscles in the back. We are very happy and continue to see improvements. It has been a really long battle since the first surgery didnt work. We appreciate Dr. Ahmad taking on this difficult surgery and doing a wonderful job. Dr. Ahmad performed a lumbar fusion on me at a level adjacent to a previous fusion I had previously by another doctor 2 years prior. I am very happy with Dr. Ahmad's care, attentiveness to my concerns, and his overall easy going demeanor. I have recovered well and was walking 2 miles per day within a couple weeks. Dr Ahmad revised my crooked knee from a fracture treated at another facility. My knee had been bowed ever since my original surgery. Dr. Ahmad realigned my knee and know my pain in the knee is gone. Other surgeons told me to get a knee replacement even though I am only 40. I appreciate Dr. Ahmad's efforts to get me very close to normal WITHOUT a knee replacement

I have had muscle loss in 2 of my arm muscles for over a year. I had seen numerous doctors with no proper diagnosis. I saw Dr Ahmad based on a strong recommendation from a relative. Although I had no neck pain, Dr Ahmad told me he suspected herniated discs as the culprit. He was right on as the MRI he ordered right away confirmed his finding. He recommended a surgery to remove the herniated fragments and fuse part of the neck. I had the neck surgery done and feel my strength slowly improving even though I could barely raise my arm for a year. I am very grateful to have seen Dr. Ahmad. He took me through the surgical process in a thorough manner. He explained the surgery and went over the MRI in a systematic and simple way for me to understand what my problem was. I had spinal stenosis that caused shooting pains into my right calf that literally prevented me from doing almost everything. Dr. Ahmad treated me with surgery by decompressing my nerves. I was better instantaneously in the recovery room. I feel so much better now. I am able to play with my kids and be active with them. Dr. Ahmad really helped me out when other doctors didnt care. Although you have to wait for him sometimes because he is in such demand, he treated me well. Even before the surgery, I had a very positive vibe from him and knew my back surgery was going to be as successful as it was. I also had some insurance problems with my workers compensation carrier like one of the other reviews. Dr. Ahmad helped me through the process and got it approved. He helped me a lot.

I have seen numerous doctors for unexplained loss of strength in my right arm. Dr. Ahmad immediately figured out my problem was coming from my neck and not actually from my right arm. He has put me on a program for treatment, and I feel relieved that I know what my problem is and that there is hope for me. Unlike other doctors, Dr. Ahmad took extra time to do all the proper tests during my visit to figure my problem out. I put him behind schedule during his office hours, but I appreciate his devotion.

I have had 2 previous surgeries by a since retired doctor. My knee was never right. It always hurt to walk and felt wobbly. I saw Dr. Ahmad and he figured out that my prosthesis was loose and had eaten away my bone over time. He tried to convince me not to have surgery, but I literally insisted on a third surgery because I would rather have died rather than to continue to endure pain with each step. Dr. Ahmad did the revision surgery and I feel great. I feel like my knee is really secure and I am walking like I am 30 yrs younger.
