After dr visit, Took 6 phone calls and 1.5 days later to get him to issue my prescription. That’s absurd!

Dr.. Nguyen is refreshing. He is interested in what the patient has to say, and listens to alternative/integrative patient solutions. His friendly re-assuring manner is welcome. I hope to not see him very much in the New Year as this would indicate I am sick unless it is my routine annual physical. I feel sorry for Dr. like Dr. Nguyen that have been forced to spend an extroidinary amount of time on navigating all the different health plans instead of concentrating on what he is good at & enjoys, patient care. Courteous, conscientious, treats the whole person mind & body.

Love Doctor Nguyen but struggle to find healing diagnosis/treatment. Become your own advocate and research. No one is more interested in your health than you yourself.

Dr Son T Nguyen is very nice, compassionate, and adorable but his diagnostic skills are not what they could be. He seems, perhaps, over worked or maybe just uninterested in some cases. You might love him and yet feel unsatisfied with his disinterested regard of your malady.

"promt?" i guess you could call it that. he's never spent more than 5 minutes with me. Half the time he isn't even in the building while you're waiting to be seen. Also, I've seen him be extremely cold and even mean to the staff. I work in the medical field, so that says a lot.

As a doctor in the hospital, he is not available to talk to patients family. When visits with patient early morning will not call patients Power of Attorney to update on diagnosis. Runs off when meeting with him in the hospital without putting in orders for the nurse. Difficult as a hospital doctor caring for a patient. Non-communicative.

Dr Son Nguyen is a very caring doctor he listens to you, checks old records looks for the little changes to watch for. If a problem exist he wants you to get further testing not lets wait and see attitude. He wants you to get well and stay that way.
