Dr. Sridevi Bellamkonda, MD

Dr. Bellamkonda is an excellent physician. I have been seeing Dr. Bellamkonda for a weight loss plan to improve overall health. Dr. Bellamkonda completes a medical evaluation at the beginning of each visit and we discuss next steps in the weight loss program. Dr. Bellankonda gave me a diet and exercise plan which has help me achieved success.

I have been going to Dr. Bellamkonda for a decade and just added my son to be his primary doctor. She does her diagnosis accurately and thoroughly.

Initially Dr. B was effective. Attentive. I lost weight with her high fat/low carb diet. Then she changed. Some visits she was unfocused, impatient. Shamed you if you gained weight. Gave no guidance to get off the diet once I lost the weight. Told me to stay on it for life. But that seems unhealthy. Also she’d prescribed me statins. I got debilitating muscle pain for a YEAR. In repeat visits she couldn't figure out why. I learned muscle pain is a statin side effect, so I stopped them & my pain got MUCH less. On sites rating Dr. B I found 7 complaints like mine. I related them to her & I said she'd made an error with the statins. Her response--she yelled at me: that all the people who posted her negative reviews have mental health problems, that I mustn’t mention my muscle pain ever again, & how dare I accuse her of an error?! No attempt to prescribe other meds to help me with my high cholesterol. Anger, intimidation, de-legitimizing patients, failing to connect known side effects… to drugs SHE prescribed, or admit to error or fix the problem she created--these are deal-breakers. I won't see Dr. B again.

This doctor forget to listen and always in a rush. Do not see her.

She was my doctor over a year ago. The first appointment was great. It was a pre- surgery, she did a general checkup and found many deficiencies in my nutrition, in addition to a high cholesterol level. She said that we had to do a treatment and that after the operation she would help me with that. I saw her again in the post-surgery period, I was so tired and with painful, I couldn't breathe well but she said everything was normal. The next day I was in ER because of a very serious breathing problem. A week later my health had not improved but I was confident that on my second post-op visit she would help me. That day she came in quickly, checked me between 5 to 10 minutes and told me that everything was going well,then she ran out to another office where there were other patients, told me nothing about my cholesterol, nothing about my deficiencies or the plan we would follow in my treatment, at that time I went back to the office and I waited almost 30 minutes to ask again and she… told me I went back to the office and waited almost 30 minutes to ask again and she told me to look for the medicine in over counter of the pharmacy. After 2 days I was back to ER because of a bacterial infection. I was hospitalized for 4 days, with morphine for the pain.She didn't operate on me, but she checked me before the 2 emergencies and everything was ok for her. That was the last time, no more... Goodbye doctor.

I have been coming to this doctor for years, since before they were at the current location. Like someone else had mentioned, the quality of service plummeted overtime. Now every time I see her she seems distracted is not outright irritated by my very presence. The visits are resiculously rushes and she barely listens. Her suggestions seem to lack depth (I mean, really, I can look them up on the university of Google), and I leave frustrated, more stressed and feeling like I wasted my appointment

I terminated my relationship with Dr. Bellamkonda. She insisted that I bring my spouse to appointment to discuss my medical condition. We arrived on time, and then we were kept waiting for almost an hour. The staff repeatedly stated that we would be seen shortly. The truth was that Dr. Bellakonda was well over an hour behind schedule; and she and her staff intentionally failed to disclose that information to us. After waiting for an hour, we left. I am pleased to report that my new physician sees his patients at the schedule time, because he does not overbook his schedule.

I Love Dr. B!! She really listens to me. She really cared about how I was feeling and she even squeezed me in to see her on a moment's notice with no problem!! She's the best!!! Anytime I needed anything, she and her team always came thru!!

I think she is very good as a doctor, but she does not care how you feel. She recommends Keto diet to everyone without knowing our condition. She does not believe in transitions or likes and for sure she does not listen

Dr. Bellamkonda is a marvelous, caring doctor. She is great inspiration and had helped my husband loose 92 pounds so far, and I am now on board, and have lost 20!
