Dr. Stacy Dana Roskin, MD

Dr. Roskin mixes a very professional style with a attentive personal touch. She's very thorough and knowledgeable. She listens intently and answers all my questions. I am completely satisfied the new office & staff. Dr. Roskin truly cares for her patients . I would highly recommend LMA., you won't regret it.

Dr. Roskin has been my doctor since 1998 and I could not imagine going to see a different doctor. She takes her time with her patients and is very thorough, I've never had any long wait times to see her and when my pharmacy calls her for refill authorizations they are always done promptly.

As a doctor she is fine. But whenerver I make an appointment, it's ALWAYS "She can see you in 4 weeks". If I say I'm concerned about a symptom, they say that's the earliest she can see you. If you want, go to the emergency room, they say. What good is a doctor you have to wait a month or more (I'm being generous - sometimes the wait is over 6 weeks) to see?

If I say I need to come in sooner, I get the third degree of questioning. Then they say to go to the emergency room if I can't wait. Dr. Roskin has cared for me for over 20 years. She is thorough, caring & follows up on my overall healthcare. I never feel rushed as she sits and answers all questions with respect & concern. Her staff is awesome as well. From Anna at front office to Nurse Jeanine to Jennifer in referrals are super.

She is very caring and knows her job. I can never pretend to be taking my meds and eating right, she knows. She watches everything, my weight, my mood, my blood tests, and she listens to my concerns. She becomes more than your doctor. I had a doctor before who allowed me to try every drug I saw on TV but not her, she really checks things out. When I’m in the hospital she comes to see me. She remembers to ask me questions about the last conversation we had. She makes me feel like I’m her only patient. I’m not rushed out with more questions in my head. She takes her patients seriously because she cares. Even if you see her in the hallway she remembers your name and always ask how you’re feeling, and waits for the answer. Past doctors I’ve had if I see them in the hall don’t even say good morning and would NEVER ask how you’re doing, for fear they might have to answer you. ??She’s the best. Her nurse Janine is a gem ?? She’s just like the doctor and they make a great team.

If you visit the doctor, don't bother saying what's ailing you, because she will not listen and doesn't care. If you call their office, whether for an emergency or prescription, you will be put directly through to a nurse's voicemail, and your call will not be returned. You may call back several times and ask to remain on hold for the nurse and you will be disconnected and still never receive a return phone call. There is a lack of communication and caring going on at that office.

Dr. Roskin is friendly but lack caring for her patients as a primary doctor. Its difficult to impossible to have a doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Roskin because she is always too booked for an appointment and never return calls when you need her the most. Her nurse becomes your primary and knows little about your condition. But whats worst is prescribing medication that's harmful because of failure to document or properly read the chart and listen to the patient.
