Dr Fong was cordial, interested in my medical condition and swiftly analyzed my medical problem, prescribing appropriate medicine.

Stephanie Fong, of Louetta Family Medicine either 1) Lied to me about their charges so they could mislead me into paying more OR 2) Is fraudulently slandering me to credit agencies as retribution for standing up to their misleading charges. The facts of the matter are - I told them I was on a PPO plan and would need to pay the full amount for their services. They quoted me, and I paid them what they told me the full amount would be (somewhere around $175). Then they sent me more bills and told me that it was due to the insurance plan I was on, which I informed them of fully prior to agreeing to be seen. This was in 2017 I think, and just recently I got a phone call from a collection agency saying that they sent me to collections. I told them these facts and said I would not pay any more than I agreed to. Now they have filed an invalid report on my Trans Union credit report.
