Well, I would like to receive more information about a kind of surgery, risk, more opcions etc I wish lDr had more information, like videos, websites , bulletins, etc., to know more about this surgery and its risks, care and how life will change after that. Dr Carter is excellent if you can get past the slow office staff. It is difficult to get an appointment when it is ordered because of very few office days at different locations

Dr. Carter cut my sister's ureter and she spent 6 months in the hospital. Do your homework people! Do not use him!
