Very good doctor. Explains things an works with you through the process.

The front desk employees needs classes on customer service and they also need additional window because two employees are trying to help 2people from one window and they all look very frustrated with the patient but I believe it's their work Environment also appears they don't like their jobs or people and I've notice this all occasion even when seeing other dr in the office,and the phone service to the practice sometime is a night mare because of so many dr and so many different location that they practice the operators are frustrated with you but I believe their jobs frustrate them iam not sure but I've been in customer service over 20yrs and I know bad service as soon as I see it ,I never said anything because I know ism not the only one who received poor customer service ,these ladies are short with patient and just body language and direct interaction smiling saying hello and good by thank you none of this just put a camera in the office and look you will see the front office… represent the office poorly get a camera please thank you fir this opportunity to give you some feedback on things I know you don't know is happening ???

Outstanding surgeon. Very thorough on explaining what exactly is going on with your situation. Does not jump right into surgery if not necessary. Tries other avenues first to see if that will help. Dr. Gaines is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. He will spend as much time with you as necessary and answers all your questions before leaving the room.

The staff at Orthopedic One were so pleasant and professional. The two nurses that worked with Dr. Gaines that day made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Dr. Gaines is the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure to meet. My appointment went very well and my knee was 100% better when I left. I would recommend anyone who needs an excellent orthopedic doctor, Dr. Gaines, is the BEST! Thank you dr.
