Dr. Steven Andrew Kaneshiro, MD

I saw Dr. Kaneshiro for an employer funded IME for a work comp injury. He said there was nothing wrong and I should just go back to work. My own surgeon disagreed and did the successful shoulder surgery anyway. It's hard to find an ethical doctor these days. If you landed here- my recommendation is to go elsewhere for a second opinion fast!

I totally agree with 2011 posting. He rushes thru each question and doesn't let you finish answering. During a recent physical I had a hard time remembering info that happened over 10yrs. Ago.....he quickly said I must be having memory problem s.his voice and tone were loud and angry.I could not answer .I felt intimated.if I was a man there would have been a different ending. I do not reccomend this dr. Or company brewer

excellent doctor. fixed my knee problems. recovery went exactly as he described before the surgery.also very couteous

He is a knowledgeable doctor but he has very poor "bedside manner".He makes one feel as though your appointment time is an inconvenience to him.He moves so SO fast through an assessment that one cannot react to the pain of one spot before he has already moved to the next.The tone of the questions asked of the patient is very belittling and accusatory.Often he has an attitude/approach of "You've lived with it this long, so it must not bother you to much. So just deal with it."
