Closed practice without notifing patients

Saw Dr Tucci and his partner after a car accident. He totally ignored me when I would tell him that my shoulder and running down my arm was very painful. Instead of a MRI, he had his in house therapist massage my shoulder. All the while happily billing my auto insurance carrier. Each visit I mentioned my shoulder and each visit I was told not to worry. I had an MRI done on my shoulder and saw an actual caring doctor who correctly diagnosed me and I finally started to receive good care. Please don't let my bad experience become yours as well.

Dr. Tucci explains in great detail what your injuries are and how the will be treated. He is one of the easiest doctors I've ever encountered to talk to. Truly exceptional in knowledge and understanding. His staff are amazingly compassionate and caring! Nancy and crystal are true gems and a pleasure to have met. Thank u! Highly recommended to anyone who wants a friendly a nd courteous orthopedic doctor and staff!

Dr.tucci is an awesome doctor, he will listen to whatever you have to say, even when its not about healthcare. He will support whatever you choose to do, he will help you as much as he can. If you do not have anyone that beleives in you doctor tucci will help to guide you in whatever area he can. He is also a awesome doctor at what he does, and will support you through it all. I absolutely adore the fact that he is willing to help, and perhaps go out of his own healthcare knowledge to help you succeed on whatever you need. He has a big heart, and not many doctors have that. When you have knowone to listen he will be there as much as he can and as much as time allows him. And I absolutely love that.he well educated beyond what he does, things that you think he would not have knowledge in because of the type of profession he is committed to, he does. He checks injuries adequately and perfectly. He has an extensive knowledge, truly.I personally did not find any claims with this doctor himself. And I hope and pray others can see him for who he truly is inside as well, and not just on the outside, although the outside of him is just as great.when it comes to his work as a physical therapist, he is hardworking, answers your concerns professionally, seems to love what he does, and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure your ok and doing well. Im a female whom was recommended by my lawyer to doctor tucci's office for physical therapy treatment. I would not recommend going to this office, especially if you are African American male or female. My first week seemed ok, but the my third week I noticed when I went into the office for treatment; and noticed the was a lot of tension from the staff towards myself. I still did not let it bother me, I just sat and continued to prepare for treatment. It was very very uncomfortable for me, as I noticed the staff are very discriminative against African Americans, as well as whether or not you have visible injuries or not. They made me feel like I were lieing about feeling the pain as well the trauma I were going through. It also got extremely uncomfortable, when I was lying on one of the treatment beds and heard the staff whispering about me; saying " I was just trying to push the treatment further". That was very very rude they were also whispering about me for atleast five minutes as… if iam lieing and just creating stories about where and how much pain I was feeling. But when a white Caucasian patient walked in with visible injuries they were extremely attentive to her, smiling laughing and being extremely supportive to her, while I was just left by myself on the other side of the room, while pretty much all the staff attended to her needs, whether it was getting something for her or laughing with her or aiding her in moving around to prevent any further injuries. The head physical therapy assistant use to attend to me, I notice about the second week she hired two new staff members and only one was attending to me, if at all. It made me feel uncomfortable as if she hired them because she felt as if my own non visible injuries and the back, shoulder and aches in other places were not worth her time, or as if saying "I have more important patients to deal with, as she attended to this patient and did not attend to me any longer; as well as that patient had visible injuries and I did not". But to me its like "hello my injuries are just as important visible or non visible I was in pain just as everyone else, and did not wanna be there just like everyone else". As I was in a car accident just as everyone else who attends this doctor's office. I felt extremely discriminated against and felt like it were do to the fact that I was african American, so they thought I had to be lieing and it were because I did not have visible injuries. But hey I'am human just as every one else and I have aches just as everyone else. The doctor was ok, even though I only met him twice. The staff however will make him lose patients due to their exremely discriminating rude and nature. So I would not recommend it for anyone Caucasianor African American unless you have visible injuries, or like to scream out in pain; cause if you don't then to them that means you're lieing. I would not go there again, if I had to. the head physical therapist seemed ok for the first week, but are after the second and third and so forth she was very unsupportive of my condition. I mean, Its not my fault I was put in the position I was, I did not hit anyone; someone hit me, and I can't apologise or change the fact that I have pains in different areas at different times, as the emergency room doctor told me, I would. And the head physical therapist was the terrible not a good example; as she were the one who started gossiping with her staff members.

Dr Tucci and the physical therapist and massage therapist were caring. They helped me. I had a workers comp injury. After my claim was finished the office told me to go see another doctor. The office manager was nasty.

He cares more about his practice than you

I like Dr. Tucci and his staff. My husband and I are both being treated by him. We are in therapy with his office therapists. They are all nice and treat us well. We think Dr. Tussi is a Awesome Person.

The only positive thing about this doctor is the 2 flirty girls that run his office. His brother is Stanley Tucci the hollywood actor so doctor Tucci walks with his chin raised high. I saw him once a month for 1 year and all his office visits consisted of was listening to him brag while he wrote my percocet and oxycontin scripts. 45 minutes waiting while hot girls flirted, 2 minutes to gets scripts written and out the door. If you feel this doctor sounds caring...see a shrink!
