I have been bringing my 99 year old mother-in-law, who has both macular degeneration and glaucoma, to Dr. Andracchi for at least 5 years. Dr. Andracchi and her staff have done their best to preserve what little sight my MIL has left and I am grateful for their knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. But what I am MOST grateful for is the patience and compassion they have show to my MIL and me. As my MIL has aged and exhibited more infirmities, the staff has always made sure to accommodate her needs. Every single person, from Dr. Andracchi to the clinical staff to the office personnel has been amazing.

Wilmington should be so proud to boast of having a Doctor of this caliber in this area. She is phenomenally knowledgeable, thorough, patient and kind! I couldn't be more pleased with my treatments there! The staff is fabulous too!

Dr. Andracchi really cares about her patients and her staff. The staff really make you feel at ease during every visit. I love how they work with the most amazing state of the art equipment even down to the touchscreen note pads the nurses carry around. Overall it’s a great facility.

Dr. Andracchi treated me for macular degeneration for many years. She always took the time to explain any questions I had, was very thorough with my examinations and treatments, and I always felt she had my best interest in mind. She and her awesome team of assistants were very friendly and caring.

After being diagnosed with RP I was referred to first a retina specialist in Wilmington and when he proved to be unsatisfactory -sent me to the Kittner Eye Center -but never looked at the results before my follow on appointment- referred to a second specialist that did a five minute exam and told me to come back in a year I was lucky enough to find Dr. Andracchi. She did a complete evaluation and scheduled regular appointments to track the disease. This Doctor does not just accept the status quo but looks for ways to improve your vision even in cases like mine where there is no cure. In addition her whole staff is terrific - professional and friendly. Dr. Andracchi is exactly the doctor you want when something as vital as your ability to see is at stake

I have been seeing retina specialist for 15 years this without a doubt was my very best experience in 15 years this doctor he's very thoughtful very concerned and very good with the injections it was an unbelievable very good experience
