Dr. Susan Policarpio Briones, MD

My visit with Dr Briones are always a wealth of information. I have been seeing her for 15 years and will never switch to another doctor! She gets me in at a moments notice if I have emergency problems , And is very good at diagnosing! Also, she gives me great advice. I am very happy with her service and I can’t say enough good things about her.

I have been seeing dr briones for 9 years. And the one time I cant get to see her I get told bo to a refill for my inhaler. I will be finding a new doctor. Not happy about the long wait times either

I was billed for a physical that I never received, a PAP that never happened and a EKG that never was conducted, Oh yes they tried, but the machine was not in operation, so don't tell me or bill my insurance for services NOT RENDERED!!!!

Dr Briones and her team are outstanding. They are always courteous and try to help, whatever the issue. Follow up is usually within the week. There is a lot of talk about wait times, yes, sometimes they are backed up, but hey, some patients don't arrive early or on time, don't have paperwork, etc. they show no consideration for the schedule.....they are the problem. And, if Dr. Briones is with a patient a little longer than usual, wouldn't you want to be that patient? I would.....all in all.....I recommend her; always have; always will.

My visit was very mixed. The nurses are very kind equipped with great bedside manor. BUT I found that Dr. Briones is and was very judgmental and rude she showed no care or interest towards my health issues.. Will not be continuing care at that office and feel its a shame for the bad review because the nurse is/was fantastic

Dr Susan Briones is an outstanding, compassionate physician. My family and I have been with her through every known ailment, condition, surgery and death. She and her staff are prompt and professional. She takes the time necessary to understand the issues. Don't know how she does it, but we appreciate her unique perspective ....she considers the patient not just the ailment.

I have been her patient for the last 15 years. I like her because she gives me a no non-sense plan and treatment. She's a doctor who feels the same way as a mother who cares for the wellbeing of her child...She gets upset of course because of patients who does not follow her medical advice. I think people who gives bad reviews on here are either competitions or plain stubborn non-compliant people who does nothing but complain.

I have been searching for a doctor to help me live after a Whipple surgery for pancreatic cancer. Dr. Briones is the first PCP I have had since my surgery, that wants to treat me and uses common sense and looks beyond my surgery for things. Thank you Dr, you give me hope.

Called in the wrong prescriptions on a Wednesday and then didn't even call me back until Monday. Always have to wait an hour past my appointment time. They were supposed to fax a referral for my son and after three weeks of calling and asking the office to do it I finally had to drive to the office and personally pick it up after waiting once again. When I asked how to get my patient records they hung up on me - extremely rude and unprofessional.
