Does not Value her patients time or well being

Long waits on hold to schedule an appointment. Long waits in the waiting room, up to an hour past appointment time. Long waits in exam room waiting to be seen. Dr is short and rude and rushes time with patients. Not a lot of respect for patients.

I tried to be a patient of dr Kaufman’s but every time I had an appointment I sat waiting for over an hour to see her and was never updated on the status of my appointment by the front desk. There is no respect for the patient at this office and you are wasting your time if you come here

The exam room walls are paper-thin. While waiting in the exam room with my teenage daughter, we could overhear an argument between staff and doctor. Very embarrassing and unprofessional. Checking in for the appointment was a lengthy process and the office staff could be heard having inappropriate conversations and seen eating at their worksite. Our wait was over an hour before being brought back to the exam room. A very underwhelming experience. Will be taking my daughter to another gynecologist

I saw Dr Kaufman for years as did my 16 year old daughter. She was caring and thorough and professional. I highly recommend her.

I have been going to Dr. Kaufman for 25 years. I now drive approximately 50 miles to see her. She will answer any questions and spend as much time with you as you need. If you need to see her immediately she will accommodate you.

When I went to see her I always felt uncomfortable because she would ask if I had an eating disorder after learning my sister had one. I always told her no, and that I was trying to gain weight. I later read my medical file and in it she had written that I did have one, that I told her about how I would make myself sick, and that was the reason I had short nails. I never told her that and I have short nails because I am a habitual nail biter. She also accused my mother of having an eating disorder. I stopped seeing her after about 3 months and I don't recommend her to anyone else. Completely unprofessional.

Terrible. Terrible service by front desk. Attitude is unprofessional and poor. Wait time is rude and obnoxious. By the way, it is 2015, people use debit cards and credit cards for payment. Not Cash or checks only. I hope you dont get audited.

My daughter has seen dr kaufman since she was twelve. Excellent experience.

Although waiting time is long during a visit, she's worth waiting for...
