Dr. Yale was my first doctor and I saw her when I was 16 years old. Twice. The first time I hadn’t gotten a period yet and was concerned. She fixed that. The second time I had a yeast infection that I thought was some sort of punishment for recently being sexually active. Dr. Yale was kind and understanding and I was treated with dignity. I went in to have 2 births- one delivered by Dr. Romoff and one by Dr. Yale. I would never change a thing!

De. Yale is, by far, the most caring and professional doctor I have met. I was her patient over a period of 15 years and in that time, o struggled with infertility. She referred me to a specialist but kept close watch on how I was doing. She spends as much time with a patient as. Needed. When I had a hysterectomy done by a colleague of hers, she stayed for the long operation. As I recuperated, she would often stop by my room at the hospital to check on me. One day, I was feeling awful and she said". Why don't we just sit and hold hands for awhile. We don't have to talk or anything". She is a wonderful person and I will always be grateful to her.

Left part of my placenta in thus making my incredibly sick for several months after giving birth. I had to have an emergency D & C 3 weeks after giving birth to remove it, then contracted c diff in the hospital because my body was too weak to fight off the infection. I regret ever using this doctor.

I saw Dr Yale for the first time about 9 months ago. I had read the reviews some good some not so and therefore was rather skeptical but I have to say that she is one of the nicest doctors I have met. She put me at ease right away and probably after my exam spent about 40 mons with me talking about various things. She even referred me to a dr for my osteoporosis. She went way and above the call of duty and I was just so happy that at last I had found gynecologist who understood me. I really have nothing but great things to say about Dr Yale. Love her.

the woman is condescending and impersonal, dr romoff is a much better choice.

Exact first words over the phone with receptionist: "OK...well we don't accept insurance, so you'll have to pay $12,300 for vaginal birth paid upfront by 36 weeks." Me: ok, well I'm at the early stages and I just wanted to come in for a doctor visit. A friend referred me. Receptionist: "WELL that doesn't matter, we don't accept any insurance and I want to make sure you understand what you'll HAVE to pay us." What is wrong with this office? No greeting, no hello, how are you doing? Just money! Fine, but do you have to serve that up with a MAJOR side of attitutude. Where is the compassion are care from a potential Doctor that will be delivering my baby??!! This doctor clearly doesn't care enough about their patients to have a professional staff. Can you imagine what the doctor is like? What their bedside manner is like? I can't even begin to imagine, after my horrendous and dramatizing experience on a phone call. The reality is, patients interact more with the staff then the… doctor, so its vital for a professional and courteous staff! If you want a doctor who actually cares about you and your baby, consider calling someone else. This doctor is like a shark and so is the rest of their staff. They treat patients as though they are idiot morons, use patronizing tones and be little you.

I totally agree with others who found Dr. Yale to be an exceptionally kind, compassionate and competent doctor. She makes you feel much at ease, listens intently and offers sound advice. I met Dr. Yale for the first time today and will definitely recommend her to friends and family.

I wish I could write two review - one for the competent and kind Dr Yale and one for her rude and condescending secretary.
