Tama Franklin, MD

Dr. Franklin was very nice, great bedside manner. Her staff on the other hand, her nurse especially, not very great. Does not return calls back in a timely manner and very hard to get a hold of. Generally takes a good week to get a question answered by the time you leave a message, she calls back, tells you she has to talk to the dr then calls you back again. If you can get past her horrible nurse I would recommend Dr. Franklin.

Horrible wait time but great doctor.

She is an amazing Dr and always took the time to discuss any questions I had and never made me feel silly for asking questions during my pregnancy. She delivered my baby as well and everything was perfect. Extremely kind and had great bedside manner. Wait time was ridiculous though, but they tell you that if you choose her as your Dr. It takes forever waiting because she is extremely popular.

Absolutely loved Dr. Franklin! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great OB doctor!

My husband and I have 5 children, 4 of them were with D. Franklin. We have seen her through easy pregnancies, a miscarriage, and a difficult pregnancy that required a strict 4 week bed rest in the Perinatal Intensive Care Unit. We have come to know her welland we highly recommend her. She is compassionate, a good listener, thorough and loves her patients.

I think the wait for this doctor is very long compare to any other doctors I had been to because it will be anywhere from one hour wait to two and a half hour wait Very unnecessary for just a ten to fifteen minute check up. I would switch doctor in a heartbeat if I was not this far in my pregnancy.

WONDERFUL DOCTOR!!!Dr. Franklin was recommended by two friends, so when I found out that I was pregnant, I decided to go to Dr. Franklin. It was my first pregnancy and my husband and I had many, many questions. She spent a long time with us at each appointment checking everything and answering every question thorougly. She never rushed us out of the office. She was a very thorough doctor. Her nurse Eileen was very knowledgable and quickly returned every phone call. I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Franklin, Eileen, and the entire office.

Dr Franklin seems to be gentle and professional, but often hurried. The wait time is extensive, but like someone else noted, she's popular and she is delivering babies. I don't care for her nurse, Eileen, who seems to make diagnoses over the phone. I found her tone with me to be dismissive at times. I suffered a miscarriage and we had a miscommunication and she was quick to place blame. I went back after, but heard her out in the hallway discussing my situation with Dr Franklin in an unkind manner. I got dressed and left. I do not plan on returning.

Great doctor with great bedside manner. Very professional and understanding. Would highly recommend.
