Dr. Shetty and her team provided me with exceptional care throughout my recovery from a concussion. Dr. Shetty's deliberate, thoughtful, and holistic approach made all the difference. Her expertise and comprehensive treatment plan were invaluable to me. I only wish more physicians approached patient care as Dr. Shetty does—with such thoroughness and compassion. I appreciated her bedside manner. She and her team took the time to listen to my concerns and explain all aspects of treatment thoroughly, which gave me confidence and comfort throughout the process. Dr. Shetty is the rare doctor who is both brilliant and kind. When I first saw her three years ago, my life was totally unmanageable as the result of constant post-concussion migraines. Through her expert care, I now am living a normal life. In addition, she is surrounded by a great staff and is totally reachable-- both rarities at most NYC medical practices.

I had a complicated case. She was very thorough in explaining things to me and worked with me to try all of the treatments in her specialty. Then, she walked me over to her colleague’s office and helped me set up an appointment with him because he had another specialty. This was such a kind gesture on her part.
