I had a HR in the 30s when sleeping. I left several messages wish I saw a read. Then I got back to a week later. Left another message and never got back to me until I threatened to call the chief of cardiology not only do they get back to me but I got several phone calls and several messages this is no way to treat a patient let alone the patient with a serious condition

I am her patient for over a decade.She saw me through 1 stent ,2 heart attacks and a triple bypass .She is and always has been a truly dedicated person with an actual concern for my well being. She follows up ,and what is most important she is easily accessible. I have corresponded with her on several occasions and got immediate responses.That is more then I can say about my other doctors

She did not call me back to follow up whenever called the lab where I was to b tested nr did she submit papers 4 me my MD did when I was to see her suddenly her coworker spoke to me and put in revised paperwk. I was denied twice thru my insurance which said that there wasn't enough reason to have said med. Tests besides she was assigned to be my doc. Yet her name was not any med. Ordering clearance forms. She set me back 7 mths. Shenevercalled for anyclearance at my testing lab according to staff. She treated me like garbage lazy,unprofessional a more seasoned professional WD. Make minced meat out of her a cold disgusting jerk to me herco worker was a nasty thing. Over confident jerk too ð??
